Organized tours of the facility, barns and backside area are offered by the Kentucky Derby Museum. Please call (502) 637-1111 to schedule a tour of Churchill Downs. Casual tours are available for your party can be arranged during a race day through a Guest Services Representative. These tours are shorter in duration and do not begin until after Race 2. Not Available on Breeders’ Cup Championship Friday or Saturday. Stop by a Guest Services Booth near Admission Gates 10 or 17 for more information.
Credentials Required
Stable-area access during Breeders’ Cup week is restricted to individuals credentialed by Churchill Downs, Breeders’ Cup Limited and to horsemen and racetrack workers with valid Kentucky Racing Licenses or Churchill Downs-issued stable-area access passes. Please present your CDI or BCL-issued credential or access pass or Kentucky Racing License for admission to the Churchill Downs stable area via the security check points at Gate 5 or Gate 10.
If you are visiting a horseman stabled at Churchill Downs Breeders’ Cup week, please make arrangements with your host to secure stable-area access.
